The name that shooters and collectors all over the world dream about. The paper cartridge Sharps Carbine features a 22" round barrel in .54 cal. called the Cavalry model. The Cavalry models feature a blued barrel and fixed front sight. All 1859 versions are characterized by a steel patchbox. The barrel length for the 766 is 20 in, overall length 39 in, weight 8 pounds.
