The Winchester Percussion cap is an American made. This NEW hotter cap feature improved ignition with all powders designed for Muzzleloading guns. They are non-corrosive and non-mercuric. Packaged 100 per tin, ten tin to the case. Only sold by the case of 1000 caps.
NOTICE:
Federal regulations require us to charge a $37.00 fee (or fee in effect at ship date) for each box or parcel containing hazardous materials. All orders containing gunpowder, primers, or percussion caps will charged a $37.00 hazardous materials charge per shipping box with these items. Powder and primers can be packed together on ground shipments for one hazardous charge provided the total weight of the order (including packaging) remains below 50 lbs. This fee is in addition to regular shipping costs. Hazardous materials can only be shipped UPS or Federal Express Ground.
