Return Policy Guarantee:

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you find it necessary to return an item for whatever reason, all we ask is that you return the merchandise, prepaid, within 15 days of  purchase in the same condition as received.  Please examine and inspect all gun parts and other items carefully as soon as you receive them.  Pack the item well and include one copy of the invoice. and a brief note stating the reason for the and if you want a refund or an exchange for the same or similar item.  If items that are returned for any reason other than damage, you will be responsible for original shipping amount on the invoice and the return shipping.
If you begin cutting and working on items they are not returnable.  Hidden flaws and errors are your responsibility after work begins.  If you suspect an error, return the item before you begin working on it, not after you have modified it.

We can only sell Muzzleloading Blackpowder Replica Firearms and Center Fire Blackpowder Cartridge guns to persons 21 years of age or older. All purchasers of Muzzleloading and Center Fire Firearms must comply with all Federal, State and Local laws.

In general we cannot ship primers and powder to an address other than the billing address on the order.  Please contact us PRIOR to placing an order if your billing address has to be different than your shipping address, as we will require a copy of your government issued Photo ID to the process the shipment.

No warranty

All of the products sold by Jedediah Starr Trading Co. and/or Bloomfield American Corp. are sold without warranty, "as is" and "with all faults."  the entire risk as to the quality and performance of the products is with the buyer.  Should the product prove defective following its purchase, the buyer and not the seller, manufacturer, or distributor assumes the entire risk of all necessary servicing and repair.  The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and all other warranties, express or implied, are excluded from transactions by Jedediah Starr Trading Co. and/or Bloomfield American Corp. and shall not apply to the products sold.  The determination of the fitness or the suitability of any products for a specific use is the responsibility of the buyer.

All firearms are potentially dangerous and may cause great harm, personal injury, or death.  No person should handle any firearm unless such person has successfully passed an accredited firearms safety course and practices firearm safety.  Guns should be securely and safely stored, transported and used with great care.  Neither the seller nor distributor or manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use of , the misuse of , or the inability to use products sold by Jedediah Starr Trading Co. and/or Bloomfield American Corp.
